Microgym
A PRIVATE OR SEMI-PRIVATE WORKOUT
Our microgym is available for 30 minute rentals. There is a maximum of three people working out at the same time.
HEALTH-CONSCIOUS ATMOSPHERE
We offer separate cardio and strength training rooms. This helps to provide a space where pathogens are limited. All individuals are expected to clean fitness equipment when they finish using it.

COMMUNITY FRIENDLY
Workout in our microgym at your convenience. We offer hourly rentals throughout the day, from 4a-11p, and a variety of membership options to fit everyone's needs.
ACCESSIBILITY - NO FERRY!
Avoid the ferry (and crowds) into town and the 3-4 hour trip to the gym. Stay on the island and skip the cost of a ferry ticket back home!

Dawn has had the privilege to work in the sport and exercise science field for 20+ years performing multiple roles: personal trainer for ages 7 – older adult; exercise physiologist at Maine Medical Sports Medicine Clinic; strength and conditioning coach for US National Women’s Hockey team, University of Maine Orono, Bowdoin College, Colby College (Read more about her work at Colby), and currently works with Saint Joseph’s College.
Provides training for anyone interested in achieving their best self: transformational body changes, (weight loss, weigh gain, body re-composition, muscular development, sport performance, health & longevity).

Dawn resides in Lisbon, Maine and in her spare time enjoys hiking, cycling, strength training, athletics, helping others, self-growth development, and spending time with family.
