Youth ages 10-13: Enhancing fundamental movement skills, and foundational strength and agility performance through the use of body weight activities, resistance bands, and introduction o light weights Plyometrics, slide boards, and banded work will assist in building coordination and muscular endurance Preparing your athletes for more complicated movement patterns to minimize their risk for injustice and their performance as an athlete
